1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Services
TimeXinno provides bespoke software development services across blockchain, AI, CRM, and Big Data domains. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all custom-developed code and assets produced under their project agreement. TimeXinno retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
TimeXinno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid under the relevant project agreement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date will be invoiced in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before proceeding to formal arbitration.
